Website Design Pricing

The initial website design and development fee of $500 includes the design and development of one custom-designed WordPress homepage.

Additional website pages are available for $200 per page.

All websites built by Jonas Mancuso Web Design utilize various software platforms and third-party services to provide the functionality necessary for the website to operate properly.

If you cancel your monthly Website Care Plan and choose to move your website to a different hosting provider, Jonas Mancuso Web Design cannot guarantee that all website functionality will continue to operate properly without the software, services, or infrastructure the website was originally designed to use. Any resulting compatibility issues or functionality concerns will be the responsibility of the client.

Refunds

Once a page has been designed, no refunds will be issued for that page or its associated design and development fees.

Your Website Care Plan may be canceled at any time before the first day of the upcoming month.

Once your monthly Website Care Plan has been billed, no refund will be issued for that month. However, you will not be billed for subsequent months after cancellation.

Website Care Plan

All websites are enrolled in our Website Care Plan at $99 per month.

The Website Care Plan includes:

• Website hosting
• Security monitoring
• Software updates
• Website backups
• General website maintenance
• Reasonable content updates

Monthly billing is processed automatically using the payment method on file on the 1st day of each month.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their payment method remains current and has sufficient available funds.

Failed Payments

If a monthly payment is declined, Jonas Mancuso Web Design will automatically attempt to reprocess the payment through the 3rd day of the month.

If payment has not been successfully received by the 3rd day of the month:

• A “Website Unavailable” notice may be displayed on the website until the account is brought current.
• Website updates and support requests will be suspended until payment is received.

If payment remains unpaid through the last day of the month:

• Website hosting services will be terminated on the last day of the billed month at 5:00 PM MST.
• The website will become inaccessible to visitors.
• If the client wishes to move the website to another hosting provider, the outstanding Website Care Plan balance must be paid in full before a website transfer can occur.

Hosting, Security & Liability

Website uptime and security are among the highest priorities of Jonas Mancuso Web Design.

Our hosting infrastructure is designed to provide approximately 99.9% uptime, along with security monitoring, malware detection, firewall protection, and systems designed to help prevent unauthorized access and attacks.

While every reasonable effort is made to protect websites and maintain availability, no hosting provider or security system can guarantee uninterrupted service or complete protection from every possible threat.

Jonas Mancuso Web Design does not guarantee:

• 99.9% uninterrupted uptime
• Protection against every cyberattack
• Prevention of all malware infections
• Protection from third-party service outages
• Prevention of all data loss
• Continuous operation of third-party software or services

By engaging Jonas Mancuso Web Design, the client acknowledges and agrees that Jonas Mancuso and Jonas Mancuso Web Design shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-related losses resulting from circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Website downtime
• Server or hosting outages
• Security breaches
• Hacking attempts
• Malware infections
• Data loss
• Third-party software failures
• Third-party service interruptions
• Search engine ranking fluctuations

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

All websites are built using standard on-page SEO best practices, which may include:

• Proper page structure
• Heading hierarchy
• Meta information
• Content optimization
• Mobile-friendly design
• Basic search engine indexing preparation

Basic website SEO setup is not the same as an ongoing SEO campaign.

No guarantees are made regarding:

• Search engine rankings
• Website traffic
• Lead generation
• Sales results
• Placement on Google, Bing, or any other search engine

Search engine optimization is influenced by many factors beyond website design, including competition, content volume, domain authority, backlinks, market conditions, search engine algorithms, and ongoing SEO efforts.

Additional service-area and SEO-focused pages may be purchased for $200 per page. While these pages may create additional opportunities for search visibility, they do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, or other specific results.

Comprehensive SEO campaigns are available separately and may require an additional monthly investment.

Support & Website Changes

Website support requests and content updates must be requested by submitting a ticket on my website.

Once a ticket is submitted you will receive an email confirmation that will have your ticket number for easy tracking.

To ensure requests are handled efficiently, please submit one request per ticket whenever possible.

Most routine update requests are completed promptly. However, turnaround times may vary depending on workload, project complexity, request volume, and the nature of the requested changes.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing website design, hosting, maintenance, or any related services from Jonas Mancuso Web Design, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Website Design & Service Terms.
